So, to do the factory reset, I turned the printer off, then on, and pressed the lower right corner of the menu screen when the black "HP" screen first loaded. My printer was continuously turning on and off on it's own listing the "79 Service Error" as the problem. But, before I could do any of the steps you sent me, I first had to do a factory reset on my printer because I never had a "Ready" screen. And, this was the only thing that would work. My previous device was running the same OS namely Big Sur (11.0.1) and printer worked fine. I've recently changed to the new M1 chip MacBook Pro.
